The focus at the Mojo Grill is always on finding the best the world has to offer: the best produce, the best wine, the best beef, and certainly the best fish and seafood.

Growing up in the Hudson Valley, we have hand selected and developed close relationships with our suppliers, mostly organic or natural farmers that provide the Mojo with these important materials. They range from small family-owned farms and orchards to independent beef growers and local fish mongers that grew up down the street and have nothing but our best interests in mind. They know our strict standards of quality. All are dedicated to delivering goods with a commitment to freshness, exceptional quality and respect for the environment. Much of our produce is grown on an organic farm up in New Paltz and a natural farm in Milton, cheese from Sprout Creek less than a mile away, fruits and berries from Marlboro. This year, we are growing herbs in our own plot at the Vassar Coop in Poughkeepsie. If you like to get your hands into the earth, give me a call, I'd be happy to take you along to work!

When the raw products are of such flawless quality, covering them up with sauces and forceful flavors is exactly what should not be done. The Mojo prides itself on its delicious food - the idea is perfect simplicity, to preserve each ingredient's distinct flavor and nutritional value.
